Fairbanks Turn is forever for this wonderful family.
Designs started in the fall of 2023, with the start date of May 2024.
Taking this home down to the studs was a gift. A house with great bones needed updating, and some quirky details required rectifying. I worked with Quechee Design and Build, LLC, to make this dream become a reality.
We revised the general layout, expanding the deck with a finished “dry” area below, opening up the kitchen/dining area, removing the awkwardly angled brick fireplace, and replacing it with a gas fireplace. We expanded the master suite with a new master closet and sitting area. Guest bathrooms, bedrooms, closets, and foyers have all been redesigned to improve space and flow with new finishes.
Our team re-sided, re-roofed, and re-insulated the entire home, and changed the heat source to air-to-air heat pumps, making it energy efficient. We also added detailed trim work to give this home character.
We are excited to announce we were on time, with the completion date set for May 2025!
