Project Management
Time. Price. Quality. These three expectations need to be managed with any construction project. If they are not, you will most likely have a stressful project. When I ran my building company, I heard that people should only ask for two of these things and would never get all three. I like a challenge and it was my mission to make sure my clients had their projects done on time, at the price set, and with high standards. If you have not got time to manage your project, I can manage your project for you. I have experience running high quality projects on time and on budget with excellent results. My mission as your Project Manager will be managing your expectations and making sure you have transparency throughout. Things costs what they cost for reasons and I can clarify questions along the way.
Ultimately, I will do as much as I can to have your project completed on time, on budget, and it will exceed your expectations because that is what I love to do.
